I have discovered, in checking the Epub formats, that the absence of color does take away from the readability of the text. This is disappointing, and I should have thought of it before deciding to use color as I did.

If you live in Australia, or Japan: Amazon does not supply books there with standard color (only Premium is available). The book uses color, but has no need for premium, which roughly doubles the printed price. I am not sure what I will do for Oz and Japan yet. If you buy through the NZ Underground Bookstore, we will discover what the shipping costs are. I know I pay over $50 NZ for shipping to the US or France. Oz ought to be cheaper.
